It’s that special time of the month again.
And it’s my favorite time. 🤩
The time where we let go of whatever’s been plaguing us.
To release the built up stress, tension, frustration and pain.
And call in all the delicious good energy for the month ahead.
Today is the first day of May.
And the beginning of the month is the perfect time to put our intentions into the world.
It’s also a special time because today is a full moon.
And full moon’s ask us to release whatever it is that is no longer serving us.
So this Sunday, in my Creative Alchemy Collective, I’m hosting my monthly live sound bath, Sacral Sundays.
The Sacral chakra is where we hold our creative energy, our emotions and our sexuality.
And if you can imagine… it’s a place that can very easily get clogged up when we don’t provide the space to properly clear it.
So join me in this beautiful ritual where we release what is no longer needed.
And make space for whatever it is we truly want to call in and create.
This monthly event is free for all. If you're already a community member, all you have to do is show up and receive.
